Shift Pattern: Varies from day to day but are planned in advance.

Responsibilities:
As a manager in a Tesco Store, you will play a key role in serving Britain’s shoppers better every day. You will:

  • Maximise sales, impact, and presentation for your department.
  • Ensure safety and compliance in the store.
  • Lead from the front on the store floor with colleagues and customers.
  • Develop your team by spotting talent and providing feedback.

You will need:
The attitude, aptitude, and aspiration to be a great retail manager. You should:

  • Encourage new ideas and best practices among colleagues.
  • Build a strong team spirit and relationships beyond the store.
  • Seize opportunities and act quickly for colleagues and customers.
