A leading retail company is seeking a management candidate to enhance customer services in Ely. This role involves leading a team, maximizing sales, and ensuring compliance while being actively present on the store floor. Ideal candidates should have a strong leadership presence and be passionate about retail operations. Flexibility is encouraged to support diverse working needs.
Shift Pattern: Varies from day to day but are planned in advance
