Shift Pattern: Varies from day to day but are planned in advance.

Successful applicants will need to provide bank details before their start date.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading a Tesco store, serving customers and managing staff.
  • Driving sales, ensuring safety and compliance, and leading from the front on the store floor.

Requirements

You should have the attitude, aptitude, and aspiration to be a great retail manager. Key qualities include:

  • Strong communication skills, fostering teamwork and community engagement.
  • Ability to lead, adapt to change, and act proactively for customers and colleagues.
