Job summary

Tesco PLC is seeking a proactive Team Manager to lead a high-performing in-store team. You will recruit, train and develop colleagues, coach staff to deliver excellent product range and customer service, and drive store performance through insightful leadership.

You will prioritise safety, optimise resources, and implement the Store Change Plan while maintaining a welcoming, customer-first store culture. Flexible working and comprehensive benefits are offered.
