Job summary

Tesco UK in Heybridge is seeking a Store Manager to lead an in-store team and deliver outstanding customer experiences daily. You will drive sales, manage operations, and ensure the store runs efficiently while maintaining high standards of service.

You’ll recruit, train, and develop colleagues, coach the team on product knowledge and safety, and implement initiatives to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.
