Tesco is looking for a Store Team Manager to lead an in-store team and create an exceptional customer experience at our Sutton Coldfield location. You will recruit, train, and coach colleagues to deliver great product ranges and service while driving sales and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
• Recruit, train, and develop colleagues to build a capable, high‑performing team.
• Coach the team to be knowledgeable and passionate about products, ensuring great range, quality, and service.
• Lead trade activity, using insight and expertise to grow sales and maximise profit.
• Develop knowledge to deliver the Store Change Plan, ensuring resources and hours are used where they benefit customers most.
• Identify and resolve root‑cause issues with sustainable, long‑term solutions.
• Prioritise colleague safety and ensure the store trades legally by coaching the team to use all safety tools.
• Stay curious and seek opportunities to serve customers, communities, and planet better.

You will be responsible for
