A local government authority in Lincolnshire is seeking a Team Manager for the Multi-Agency Child Protection Team (MACPT). The role involves providing leadership, ensuring high-quality child protection planning, and championing innovative practice. We need a second Team Manager, who can work collaboratively to provide inspiring leadership to a specialist team of Lead Child Protection Practitioners (LCPPs) who are central to driving high‑quality child protection planning and ensuring consistent, collaborative decision‑making for children and families. This is not just a management role, it’s a chance to influence practice at a strategic level and create the conditions for innovative practice and family first thinking!
