Job Title: Team Manager - MASH – Up to £63,950

NonStop Care is currently working with a well-established local authority in the South East of England that is looking for a Team Manager to join their MASH team.

This is a non-caseholding role, providing a balanced workload, which leads to improved job satisfaction and a better work-life balance.

You will be a Team Manager, working closely with management and your team to develop and enhance the service, increasing job satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the MASH social workers and navigators from the multi-agency network to ensure comprehensive analysis of concerns and strengths, informing decision-making for strategy discussions, single assessments, targeted early help, or advice and guidance.
