Responsabilités

• Provide management cover to an additional capacity team for looked after children.
• Supervise a team of seven social workers with four-weekly supervision.
• Chair multi-agency meetings on permanence planning and risk management.
• Progress plans of SGO or discharges of care orders with legal services.
• Quality assure key documents and assessments per care planning regulations.
• Provide performance oversight via weekly performance meetings.
• Act as duty manager for the CLA and UASC service during leave/sickness.
