Job Description:

My client is a highly reputable and well-regarded financial planning firm with regional offices. A new opportunity has become available for an experienced client support manager to join this stable professional firm as they continue to grow. This is an excellent opportunity if you are already working as IFA support with management experience and are looking to progress your career and undertake additional team management tasks or a client services manager looking for a change.

Duties will include workflow management, 1:1s and appraisals, day-to-day administration such as processing applications, chasing outstanding information, dealing with external companies, and assisting other support staff with workloads. You will work alongside your adviser, covering both private client and corporate, and help less experienced staff as required.

Ideally, you will be working within another IFA and/or experienced in the wealth management sector in a support role with management experience. You must have knowledge of various software packages and platforms and take pride in delivering high standards.
