Job summary

Tesco in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead a high-performing store team and deliver great customer experiences. You will recruit, train and develop colleagues, coach the team on product knowledge, and ensure safe, efficient store operations.

You will use insights to grow sales, implement the Store Change Plan, and resolve issues with sustainable solutions. Flexible working and a range of perks support work-life balance.
