In this role, you will be approachable, visible, encouraging, and use your experience and knowledge to guide your team.
Through effective line management, reflective supervision, and team collaboration, you will foster a culture of relational practice involving children, young people, and their families.
You will ensure that children, young people, their families, and those important to them are valued and central to all decision-making.
You will work closely with other team managers and support senior managers.

Within the Family Safeguarding Service, teams handle Child in Need, Child Protection, and court cases. The successful applicant should have knowledge of thresholds and experience with PLO and legal frameworks.
