St. Helens are currently on the look out for a Team Manager for their Family Help and Protection Service which covers Child Protection Plans, Child in Need and Care Proceedings after assessment has been completed to ensure the right plan and support is in place for Children and their Families alike.

You will be manage an Assistant Team Manager, a Team of 6 social workers along with 1 Social Work Assistant. You will be apart of a Management Team of 9 Managers, who work closely together and offer constant peer support where required.


Requirements: Minimum of three years post qualifying experience and two years working with children and families. You will need to have experience of providing supervision.
