A leading children's charity is looking for an Early Help Team Leader to oversee services for families in Birmingham. Early Help Team Leader - Yardley & Hodge Hill
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead Early Help services for children, young people (0-25), and families across Yardley and Hodge Hill, including the BCH A&E Project. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage a multidisciplinary team, and ensure high-quality support is delivered through family hubs, community partnerships, and hospital-based outreach.
We are seeking someone with relevant professional experience, strong leadership skills, and a comprehensive understanding of the challenges facing families. If you are passionate about making a difference and thrive in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.
This is an opportunity for a period of approximately 6 months until 31.03.2026. A secondment arrangement can be considered for existing Barnardo’s employees.
The role is for 37 hours per week with locality/centre-based working and frequent travel within the Birmingham area.
