The role will oversee Nacro's delivery of its Doncaster-based Justice & Health contracts, with direct reports, reporting to this role.

The purpose of this role is to successfully deliver against business objectives by developing a motivated and committed team, establishing efficient and effective ways of working, and creating a clear framework for measuring success. The role includes managing a small caseload of service users.

Candidates would benefit from the following experience:

  • Awareness of regulatory requirements in the health and justice field, ensuring service delivery meets standards such as HMPPS and CQC.
  • Understanding of contract KPIs, service performance scrutiny, and driving improvements.
  • Evidence of People Management skills.
  • Qualified to a minimum GCSE grade C or equivalent in English and Maths.
  • An approachable manner with the ability to build rapport and trusted relationships with customers and outside agencies.
  • Previous experience in a managerial role.
  • Desirable: experience within the Health and Justice Sector.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver high-quality services.
  • Understanding of relevant legislation regarding data protection (GDPR) and ensuring its implementation across the service.
  • Ability to engage with commissioners and stakeholders at various levels to demonstrate service impact and influence future commissioning.
