About the role

  • Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 17:00 (planned in advance)

You will be responsible for:

  • Recruiting and training team members, developing their operational and leadership skills.
  • Coaching your team to be passionate and knowledgeable about products, building the store's brand, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Leading trade activity to grow sales and maximize profit.
  • Building your managers' knowledge to deliver store change plans and resource activities effectively.
  • Ensuring store safety and legal trading by coaching the team on security tools.

You will need:

  • Excellent communication skills and collaborative working approach.
  • A welcoming attitude towards customers and colleagues.
  • Energy and resilience to work in challenging environments and make quick decisions.
  • Drive to deliver beyond expectations and inspire confidence.
  • An awareness of competitors and a proactive approach to store improvements.
