Job description

To have oversight of the sales, delivery and implementation in relation to the Careers Quality Award. To work with the Service Manager to ensure performance and quality targets for the contract(s) are achieved.

Requirements include:

  • Holding, as a minimum, a Level 6 Diploma in Careers Guidance.
  • Committed to continuous professional development and a preparedness to consider undertaking additional qualifications where relevant to the role, e.g., a Shaw Trust leadership programme.
  • Experience of delivering CEIAG in schools/colleges and/or providing consultancy services.
  • A thorough understanding of the Gatsby Benchmarks and their impact on a school's/college's career programme.
  • Managing/supervising delivery staff.
  • Contributing to service design, modelling and improvement initiatives or a willingness to do so.
  • Able to lead and motivate colleagues delivering contracts.
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to re-prioritise and pivot to meet urgent tasks.
