Job Overview

As a Team Manager , you will lead a dedicated team providing high-quality care and support services. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that services are delivered in line with best practices and organizational policies. Your leadership will foster a positive and supportive environment, empowering staff to deliver exceptional care to those in need.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Management: Supervise and support a team of care professionals, ensuring staff motivation, performance, and development.
  • Service Quality: Maintain high standards of care, ensuring services align with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Team Development: Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to promote a skilled and compassionate workforce.
  • Care Coordination: Oversee individual care plans, assessments, and interventions to ensure tailored support.
  • Compliance & Safeguarding: Ensure policies, procedures, and safeguarding principles are upheld to protect service users.
  • Partnership Working: Collaborate with external agencies, families, and stakeholders to enhance care provisions.
