Location: Chalmers Hospital Fife Street Banff, AB45 1JD

Salary: £51,525 - £53,851 per year

Contract Type: Permanent

Position Type: Full Time

Hours: 36.25 hours per week

Job Description

The post holder will manage a dispersed team of professional and support staff aligned to the Care Management of Older People and Adults with Physical Disabilities. They will have operational responsibility to deliver critical services to vulnerable individuals, their families, and carers in line with the Health and Social Care Partnership national standards.

The post requires a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the service and the organization.

This role involves regulated work with Children and/or Protected Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidate must join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. If the candidate has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more outside the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required. Employment is contingent upon satisfactory completion of these checks.

A minimum of two references is required for this role, one of which must be your current or most recent employer.
