Job summary

RGH-Global Ltd is seeking a Team Manager (ADOS-2 Clinician) to lead a multidisciplinary neurodevelopmental team in Huddersfield. You will supervise psychologists, therapists, and support staff, oversee diagnostic assessments (ADOS-2, QB, ADI-R), and manage clinic operations and contract delivery.

The role is permanent and hybrid, with a salary of £60,000–£65,000 per annum. HCPC or NMC registration required, and experience in DSM-5 criteria and leadership is essential to perform governance and

• HCPC or NMC registered clinician (Psychologist, SLT, OT, Nurse).
• ADOS-1/ADI-R training (QB training desirable).
• Experience in neurodevelopmental assessments and team management.
• Knowledge of DSM-5 criteria and differential diagnosis.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

The Role

Lead a multidisciplinary team at a new Huddersfield clinic, managing neurodevelopmental assessments for autism and ADHD under public health patient choice programs. Responsibilities include:

• Supervising psychologists, therapists, and support staff
