Job Overview:

Due to significant team growth, we are currently seeking a dynamic, customer-focused, and self-motivated Team Leader. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily office operations and lead our busy team to ensure we deliver customer service processes to a high standard, working to SLAs while monitoring performance data.

At InstaGroup, our customer service team works hand-in-hand with our skilled installers to ensure the seamless and efficient installation of our products and services. Through close collaboration and effective communication, we ensure that customer requirements are clearly understood and translated into successful installations, delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations every step of the way.

As the Team Leader, you'll play an essential role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service at every touchpoint

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivating a 'customer-first' attitude, driving a culture of exceeding customer expectations throughout the team.
  • People Management, Responsible and accountable for your team. Ensuring they are consistently meeting performance targets and KPI’s, receiving regular 121’s and performance management.
  • Develop efficiencies, embed processes and drive the growth of the department.
  • Effectively managing and maintaining customer information within the company's CRM system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Collaborating closely with key stakeholders across the organisation to develop and implement a customer-centric approach, aligning strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Proactively receiving and implementing feedback to drive continuous improvement and enhance the overall quality of service delivery.

Skills and Experience:

  • An effective communicator, clearly and concisely, ensuring everyone understands goals, tasks, and expectations.
  • Actively listen to team members and encourage open communication.
  • Identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively, anticipating potential challenges and developing solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills, motivating and inspiring team members, fostering a positive work environment, and building trust.
  • Ability to manage your own time and workload effectively, as well as help you team members prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to adjust in a dynamic work environment to changing situations and priorities is essential.
  • Delegate tasks appropriately, empowering team members and fostering their development.
  • Ability to make sound and timely decisions, under pressure.
  • Encouraging and inspiraring to driving the team performance and fostering a positive attitude.
  • Understanding the bigger picture to drive the teams contribution to achieve the overall Department goals.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Teams, as well as CRM software.
