Job summary

Dim t is seeking a Team Manager for our busy restaurant and bar. You will lead the dining room team, mentor staff, and ensure guests receive high-quality service while maximizing sales opportunities.

You will balance day-to-day operations with a hands-on leadership style, work closely with kitchen and bar teams, and help colleagues grow through clear progression plans and our apprenticeship programme.

Job description

We are looking for a Team Manager for our beautiful restaurant. With indoor and outdoor dining and an impressive bar area it makes the perfect location for lunch or dinner.

We will always do our best to offer a fair and balanced work schedule that fits in with the other important things in life.

Working with the restaurant team, it will be your responsibility to assist in the daily operation of the restaurant and bar. You will inspire the team to deliver a consistently high level of guest service whilst maximising sales opportunities for the restaurant.
