John Lewis Partnership is looking for a Team Manager to lead a store team, delivering the John Lewis difference and an outstanding customer experience. You will drive sales, manage Partners, and ensure safe, compliant store operations across your area.
You will work with the leadership team in a fast-paced retail environment, using data and HR tools to allocate resources, improve performance, and seize commercial opportunities.
As a Team Manager within one of our John Lewis stores, you are integral to delivering the unique John Lewis difference. You will lead your teams to ensure that every customer has an outstanding experience, drive commercial results within your areas of responsibility, and allocate your team of Partners (employees) effectively.

Desirable skills/experience you may have:
Varied hours of full time work (37.5 hours) across seven days to include early starts, late finishes, evenings and weekends between the hours of 05:45 - 18:45.
