A leading UK retail partnership is seeking a Team Manager for their Waitrose shop in Sandbach. The role requires strong leadership to manage daily operations, maximize sales, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Candidates need experience in a fast-paced environment and effective people management skills. This is a full-time permanent position with an annual salary range of £30,500 - £42,500.
As a Team Manager in one of our Waitrose shops, you'll influence and motivate your team and be a positive role model for delivering outstanding Partner-led, customer service that is distinctively Waitrose, passionate Partners serving food lovers. Your strong leadership and team working skills will impact your team's performance and the impression our customers have about the Waitrose brand, helping to maximise sales and profit. If you join us from 5th October, any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract Night Premium at £4.50 per hour for those enrolled onto Enhanced Hours Premium arrangements.
