Duties in the Team Manager role

  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the recruitment team, including setting goals, performance expectations, and monitoring progress.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs, provide consultation on recruitment strategies, and ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Team Development: Coach and mentor team members to enhance their recruitment skills, knowledge, and performance through training programs, regular feedback, and professional development opportunities.
  • Performance Management: Monitor team performance against KPIs & targets, and take corrective actions as needed to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
  • Candidate Management: Oversee the candidate screening and selection process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with client requirements.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies and identify new business opportunities.
