Overview

We are excited to be able to advertise for a Team Lead within the Central & West Network for our Talking Therapies Team in West Lancashire. This is an exciting opportunity for an appropriately qualified and experienced practitioner to consolidate and expand upon their management skills. We are looking for a highly motivated, pro-active individual who is looking for their next challenge. We are looking for applicants with substantial experience of working within the field of mental health and significant knowledge and experience of working within a Talking Therapies service. You will have a proven record of delivering high quality therapeutic services with excellent interpersonal qualities; time management skills; ability to work autonomously and in a team; experience of providing formal managerial supervision / mentorship to clinical staff, and an enthusiasm for working in an ever-developing Talking Therapies service.

Responsibilities
  • The post-holder will work alongside the Operational and Clinical leadership team, providing support to the Service Manager and Clinicians within the respective team. A Deputy will also support them along with Senior PWPs. The post-holder will need to be available to work full-time Monday-Friday with a hybrid pattern of base and home working.
  • The post holder will receive regular managerial supervision and support and join other senior clinicians within the service.
