A leading utility company in Northern Ireland is seeking three Team Managers to lead teams and enhance safety performance in various depots. The ideal candidates must have strong people management skills and a commitment to customer service. We are seeking to recruit three Team Managers, each responsible for leading work teams and associated work programmes with a strong emphasis on fostering a robust safety culture and enhancing the safety performance of their teams.
These roles sit within our Customer & Operations Directorate and will support our 33kV (and below) Secondary Asset Replacement Programme at the following locations:
The post holder will be expected to operate as part of a team and be able to effectively plan, prioritise and manage workloads to meet demanding deadlines. The successful candidate should demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to regard customer service as a top priority, and will require a high degree of self-motivation and work in a flexible manner.
