Job summary

Primark in Newry is looking for a Store Manager to lead a busy department and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will collaborate with the management team, organize the store section, manage stock and planograms, and coach your Retail Assistants to drive sales with energy and enthusiasm.

You'll oversee till areas, support visual merchandising, and contribute to a performance-driven culture with opportunities for development through digital learning and career pathways.

Salary: £33,189 (with 32 days annual leave & pension)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent, 5 days out of 7
