A prominent retail company in Lancashire is seeking a Team Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a team of Retail Assistants. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills and the ability to drive team performance while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This is a full-time fixed-term role for 8 months, offering a salary of £32,222 pro-rata and generous leave and benefits.

Salary: £32,222 pro-rata (with 31 days annual leave & pension FTE)

What you’ll do

At Primark we do retail our way…so here is a taste of what you can expect in the role.

  • Collaborate with the rest of the management team to support the daily running of the store.
  • Responsible for an allocated section or department of your store – including commercial planning, stock management, planograms, creating visual impact and of course sales.
  • Oversee till areas or fitting rooms when required.
  • Organise your team of Retail Assistants, setting tasks daily.
  • Motivate and coach your team to provide an exceptional store environment and customer experience while optimising sales.
