Lincolnshire Talking Therapies is an IAPT site and a vacancy has arisen for a Team Manager, covering Grantham/Stamford teams. The successful candidate will lead clinical and admin staff in a busy service, balancing management with support. The role is permanent but secondment will be considered for internal applicants.
The role requires a degree and either a core profession accredited with a suitable governing body or an equivalent qualification as a psychological therapist. The post involves day-to-day operational management, supervision of staff, delivering team meetings, managing budgets and resources, recruitment, and health and safety responsibilities for the team bases. Strong self-management, organisational skills, and confidence in directing the team are essential. Good IT skills and data understanding are required. Regular contact with other Team Managers and the Service Manager is offered, as the role may involve working largely independently. We seek someone who embodies the Trust values and places service users at the heart of all work.
