A leading social services charity is seeking a Team Manager for its Futures Together Social Inclusion team in Colchester. The role involves managing a community-based team, overseeing recruitment, supporting performance objectives, and promoting diversity. We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to fill the role of Team Manager within the Futures Together Social Inclusion team covering North and Mid Essex. This is a Fixed Term contract until 31/03/2027.
To supervise and manage a team within a community-based setting, working closely with the staff and management team, to ensure that the service runs effectively and smoothly.
