Pay Rate: £34,500 On Target Earnings

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: 5 of 7 / 13:45-22:00/ Evening / 3 week rotation
Location: Bridgwater, TA6 4AT

We are looking to hire an experienced Team Manager to run a Cross-docking Operation .

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

  • Undertake receipt and checking of incoming stock in line with the company goods in process, ensuring product is correctly located within the warehouse
  • Lead Warehouse functional teams and optimising day-to-day performance, including shift sections so that business targets are met or exceeded
  • Managing staff performance when necessary e.g. disciplinary matters
  • Responsible for the control of Health & Safety, ensuring that all procedures are adhered to
  • Build and motivate the team including recruitment, performance management and ongoing team development
  • Plan team resources to achieve operational requirement

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

  • Previous warehouse management - desirable
