Job summary

Primark Ayr is seeking a Team Manager to lead a store area, drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will manage a team, plan stock and visual merchandising, and ensure efficient store operations.

The role requires leadership and coaching skills, a focus on customer service, and the ability to develop people and performance. This is a full-time fixed-term contract, based in Ayr, with a 5-out-of-7 shift pattern and ongoing learning opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the management team to support the daily running of the store.
• Responsible for an allocated section or department - including commercial planning, stock management, planograms, creating visual impact and sales.
• Oversee till areas or fitting rooms when required.
• Organise your team of Retail Assistants, setting tasks daily.
• Motivate and coach your team to provide an exceptional store environment and customer experience while optimising sales.

Salary: £33,189 (with 31 days annual leave & pension)
Contract: Full-Time Fixed Term contract, 5 days out of 7
