One of our clients, a renowned boutique law firm, requires a legal secretary to provide secretarial and administration support to their legal teams as well perform some front of house duties. Expected duties include:

• Typing, formatting and proof reading legal documents and correspondence.
• Creating new client files and managing the document management system.
• Answering incoming telephone calls.
• Liaising with IT support, couriers and external suppliers.
• Staffing Reception, including greeting external visitors and managing meeting room bookings and the presentation of meeting rooms

It is essential that you have previous experience in law firm support or another professional services’ environment. Exceptional IT skills and a confident telephone manner will be required.
