Overview

We are recruiting for Team Leaders in Wellesbourne, CV35 with immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Report to Shift Manager with daily updates on team performance and operations.
• Oversee eCommerce order processing (picking, packing, dispatch, returns).
• Allocate tasks and manage workloads to meet shift targets.
• Support, train, and supervise team members on shift.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to safety procedures.
• Monitor KPIs and report any issues or improvements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role (preferably in eCommerce or warehouse operations)
• Strong understanding of order fulfilment processes (picking, packing, shipping, returns)
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team.
