A leading children’s residential care provider is seeking a Team Leader to support a team in a residential home setting. The role involves shifting leadership, nurturing relationships, and ensuring child safeguarding. Candidates should have relevant qualifications and experience, including a Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care, along with a driving license.
Rota is 2 on 4 off, with full day sleeps, working out at 7 sleeps per month.
Monthly Attendance Bonus: £1800 per year.
We will also enroll you into your Level 5 qualification.
Essential requirements include a UK Manual Driving Licence and a minimum of 2 years' experience supporting young people.
We are seeking experienced candidates to lead a team supporting children and young people in a residential home setting. Residential support roles involve long day shifts with sleep-ins overnight.

Role Overview:
As a Team Leader, you will assist and support the managers, ensure smooth shift operations, assign tasks to support workers, and monitor their completion. You will help children maintain and develop relationships, encourage community involvement, and support their daily living activities. Safeguarding children and reporting any concerns is paramount. When not in service, you will undertake housekeeping and ensure hygiene standards are maintained, supporting your team to perform their duties to high standards.
