From establishing safety arrangements to checking the quality of work, you'll direct and inspire the success of a team involved in inspection, faulting, maintenance, and renewal activities.
Please Note: There may be a requirement to work on call if you opt for the standard maintenance contract.
You'll direct, organise, and motivate a high-performing team. Your role involves inspection, faulting, maintenance, and renewal tasks, ensuring everything is done efficiently and to the highest standards. Safety is a priority; you'll establish safety arrangements and ensure compliance among staff and contractors. You'll also control and check the quality of work and the competence of your team, ensuring assets are fully compliant and all vehicles, plant, tools, and materials are fit for purpose. Additionally, you'll compile vital reports.
This role involves days, nights, and weekend working. It is a safety-critical role, subject to drug and alcohol testing and medical assessment.
Salary: £42,468
