As Team Leader, you will be relied upon for technical support, working alongside a team of Technicians todiagnose faults and conduct root cause analysis for an advanced fleetacross a range of systems(electrical, pneumatic & hydraulic), using a combination of electrical schematics, test equipment, and diagnostic software.

To succeed in the role,you’rea natural communicator and collaborator with the ability to motivateothersto drive for results. Youhavean NVQ Level 3 in electrical/ mechanical engineering (or equivalent) plusextensive post qualifyingexperience under yourbelt, andcandemonstratea wide knowledge of on-board train systems.
You have experience in detecting faults and carrying out root cause analysis across multiple systemsandare capable of interpretingelectrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematic diagrams, as well as being proficient in using diagnostic software, and test and measuring equipment.You hold a validdriver's licenseand havea flexible approach to working varying shiftsincluding weekends, and both day and night shifts.
