We are looking for four Team Leaders to join our teams based in Winchester, looking after green spaces across the historic city, and across the wider Hampshire area.

This is a highly varied role covering a range of activities, including grass cutting, strimming, maintaining flower beds and shrubbery, hedge cutting and weed spraying, and other tasks required to enhance our client’s and community green spaces.

Are you who we are looking for?

· You will have previous experience of working within green spaces in an operational role, looking to grow your career into team management.

· Previous team management or leadership experience would be a great start in this role.

· You will hold PA1 & PA6 qualifications.

· You will hold a Full UK Driving Licence including a trailer licence.

· You will be happy to work collaboratively within your team to deliver an outstanding service.
