Team Leader Role at Cineworld

You and your team will represent Cineworld, delivering an exceptional cinema experience for all customers. In addition to providing leadership and support to team members, you will ensure a high standard of service in a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Cash Handling (Including Reconciliation)
2. Food Handling and Stock Control
3. Use of Technology (IT Systems, Till Operations, Telephones)
4. Cleaning
5. Increasing Sales
6. Maintaining Standards
7. Dealing face-to-face with large groups of people
8. Addressing and resolving complaints
9. Induction and training of team members
10. Coaching team members
11. Monitoring compliance and maintaining standards
