Overview

Blue Arrow is recruiting for a warehouse team leader to join a well-established delivery company!

Location: Airdrie

Salary: £28k

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: Tuesday to Saturday 6am - 2.30pm

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and support a team of warehouse operatives to meet daily targets.
  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor performance and provide coaching and training where needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports using warehouse management systems.
What We\'re Looking For
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, ideally in a supervisory role.
