Based at Angus House, Orchardbank Business Park, Forfar.

This role follows a Workstyle 5 - Hybrid+ model, offering flexible and agile working practices. You will work part of the week from home and part in council buildings to facilitate meetings and collaboration.

This is a full-time, permanent position within a flexitime scheme.

Angus Council seeks talented, adaptable, and enthusiastic candidates to lead our property Building Services team.

Following the retirement of the previous post holder, we are recruiting a degree-qualified or equivalent Building Services Engineer, with membership of a relevant professional body.

Essential experience includes electrical and mechanical building services, as well as designing and delivering complex multidisciplinary projects in accordance with relevant guidance and standards.

The successful candidate will join a supportive and welcoming team, enjoy a competitive salary, and benefit from public sector employment perks, including entry to the Local Government Pension Scheme.
