Based at Angus House, Orchardbank Business Park, Forfar.

This job is Workstyle 5 – Hybrid+

You will have the opportunity to benefit from our flexible and agile working practices. This means you will work from home for part of your week and spend some time in council buildings to best suit your work, meetings and collaboration.

This post is full-time permanent, working within a flexitime scheme.

Angus Council is inviting applications from talented, adaptable and enthusiastic candidates to lead our property Building Services team.

Following the retiral of the previous post holder, an exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a degree qualified or equivalent Building Services Engineer, with membership of a related professional body.

It is essential that you have experience in electrical and mechanical building services practice, as well as experience of design and delivery of complex multidisciplinary projects in accordance with the associated guidance and practice.
