Reporting to: Shift Manager

Since 2016, we've built a 1 million sq.ft Production and Distribution centre in the North West, with additional facilities in Poland and other UK sites, each specializing in different product lines.

Our mission is to differentiate through a vertically integrated D2C model spanning sports nutrition, supplements, activewear, and vegan products.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the highest quality of finished products, stopping production if necessary to maintain standards.
• Supervising and motivating your team, fostering continuous improvement, and providing constructive feedback.
• Minimizing waste and maximizing output without compromising quality.
• Organizing weekly rotas, holiday and absence cover, and daily break schedules.
• Reporting and addressing breakdowns and wastage issues.
• Leading departments in the absence of managers to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Maintaining health & safety standards on shift.
• Completing and passing on production paperwork daily.
• Providing daily performance updates and reporting significant issues immediately.
• Ensuring effective team communication and cooperation.
• Performing any reasonable requests to support operations.
• Fostering a positive, respectful working environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in a supervisory FMCG role (beneficial but not essential).
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills for paperwork and scheduling.
• Basic computer skills, including Word and spreadsheets.
• Level 3 Food Hygiene Award.
• IOSH Managing Safely or Level 3 Health & Safety qualification.
• Strong leadership capabilities.
• Flexibility to work shifts as needed.
