Are you a dynamic and experienced ICT professional ready to lead a high-performing technology team? We’re looking for a Technology Team Leader to drive excellence across our ICT operations, supporting both corporate and educational environments.

About the Role

As Technology Team Leader, you will play a key role in managing and delivering robust ICT services, including Microsoft 365 and Azure administration, Service Desk operations, device provisioning, and asset management. You’ll lead a skilled team, ensuring infrastructure capacity, security, and availability meet evolving business needs.

You’ll also contribute to strategic planning, participate in national technical projects, and collaborate with the Technical Design Authority to assess emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the ICT team in delivering responsive and effective technical services.
  • Oversee Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Manage Service Desk operations and provide escalation support.
  • Support corporate and educational users with tailored ICT solutions.
  • Oversee device provisioning and asset lifecycle management.
  • Develop and review infrastructure strategies to meet business demands.
  • Identify and manage resources for ICT service delivery and data storage.
  • Evaluate new hardware and software in partnership with the Technical Design Authority.
  • Participate in national technical projects and shared infrastructure initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Proven experience in ICT leadership and support.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure.
  • Experience managing Service Desk teams and technical operations.
  • Familiarity with device provisioning and asset management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Desirable:

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, ITIL).
  • Experience in educational ICT environments.
  • Knowledge of endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM)
