Job description

As a Team Leader, you will provide support to our Supported Living Service in Huddersfield, providing specialised person-centred support. Radis recognise each person as an individual and provide a unique service which is tailored to their specific needs and provide a consistent approach throughout their life.

The role involves working alongside the Managers of our Supported Living Services, overseeing the smooth running of these services, completing regular audits, checks, supervisions, spot checks, updating and reviewing support plans, and working to ensure that individuals achieve their outcomes.

The role will require you to schedule and allocate work to the Support Workers, support with medication, personal care tasks, and covering shifts within the services. The hours are split between care hours and office hours, including alternate weekends.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Previous experience working with individuals with Learning Disabilities, autism, and mental health issues.
• Previous experience as a Team Leader is essential.
• The successful candidate will have an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care working towards Level 3.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and a willingness to learn in line with clients' needs and expectations.

This role requires you to undergo an enhanced DBS check. Drivers are required due to localities.
