Job description

Kinetic Industrial is assisting a global textile company within Trafford Park in recruiting a Supervisor for their small, yet successful team. You will supervise 4-5 staff per shift, mentoring them and actively participating as needed.

The position is a Temporary to Permanent role.

Hourly rates are:

• £13.03, rising to £13.84

Hours:

• Rotating shifts from 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm
• Monday to Friday
• 37.5 hours per week

Ideal candidate qualities include:

• Ability to effectively manage and support a small team in a fast-paced production environment
• Proven leadership and motivation skills
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate daily tasks and monitor product quality
• Willingness to support the team hands-on when needed
• Experience in textile, garment, or manufacturing sectors is highly desirable
