Job Description

Greener Ealing Ltd (GEL) provides high-quality Waste Collection, Street Cleansing, Grounds Maintenance, Parking services, and other environmental services for our customers, the London Borough of Ealing, its residents, and other service users.

An exciting job opportunity has arisen for the position of Team Leader within the Street Cleansing team.

As a Team Leader, you will be required to:

  • Work closely with the Street Cleansing Supervisors to ensure the smooth running of the service.
  • Lead and direct allocated operational staff to provide an efficient, effective, and safe service to clients.
  • Ensure that incidents, accidents, and close calls are reported and notified in line with the company’s procedures.
  • Lead by example, encouraging a positive work culture for all allocated operatives and drivers.
  • Assist the Operations Manager (Street Cleansing) to deliver the service in line with KPIs and GEL’s Vision and Values.

The post holder may be asked to undertake additional duties as directed by the line manager.

The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving license. Previous experience in a team leader role is preferred.
