Team Leader

40-hour contract, full availability from 8am till midnight required.

If you're seeking a role with more responsibility, our Team Leader position is perfect for you. You and your team will represent Cineworld, delivering an exceptional cinema experience for all guests.

Alongside providing leadership and support to our Team Members, you will ensure a high standard of service, creating a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Cash Handling (including reconciliation)
• Food Handling and Stock Control Use of Technology (e.g., IT systems, till operations, telephones)
• Increasing Sales
• Maintaining Standards
• Dealing face-to-face with large groups of people
• Addressing and resolving complaints
• Induction and training of team members
• Coaching team members
• Monitoring compliance and maintaining standards
