Good Afternoon,

I am currently representing Achieving for Children, who are offering a permanent position for the right candidate.

We are looking for a Team Leader – Single Point of Access. This role will be based at: KT1 1EU Hybrid.

The right candidate will:

1. Be an experienced social worker qualified manager who will be superseded by the Deputy Head of Service.
2. Provide management oversight and supervision to the team, including Social Workers, Contact Officers, and Business Support Officers.
3. Drive performance and ensure timely decisions at the front door.
4. Support the day-to-day running of the team.
5. Liaise with partners to improve relationships and understanding of how the SPA works.
